The cookware is made of high quality 18/10 stainless steel and it follows the German DIN standard.

The new protherm® all-Hob copper base in the series consists of three layers : a stainless steel base, the copper core as extremely efficient thermal conductor, and a special magnetizable stainless steel cover plate. These layers are bonded together by high quality silver solder.
